HELP! I am missing a book
I purchased a book last week and had been reading it. Went back this morning to work on it some more and it is not in my library. I tried the web app and mobile app as well thinking that maybe it just had not been downloaded to my computer but it is missing there as well. I have told it to update resources but no luck there. The book is Norman Giesler's I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist.

Is there a chance you inadvertently hid that resource? Check Hidden Resources under the Program Settings.
If not, I would recommend contacting Customer Service. They are open right now

You'll notice "add to cart" and grey, which means you own the book. Send that to Customer Service or Tech Support, not sure which. I've included an example.

By any chance, are you searching for it using the author's name, which you spelled wrong in your post? (His name is Norman Geisler.)

Folks - Let me tell you the craziest story. I have been looking for the resource. Restarted Logos twice and even looked on the app on the internet and on ios. Not there. I decided to finally give Logos a call. I was on hold and guess what all of a sudden popped up in my library?? I don't know what the problem was but told the nice folks at Logos that the program must have been afraid of them and started working right Thanks for the suggestions.
