BUG: High Definitions Romans Slide Pack Not Pulling Up Under Media Search

I'm running the latest version of L8 on the most updated version of Win 10 on a surface pro 3. I'm able to pull up the High Definition Commentary Romans Slide Pack under the media search but each time I click on a slide nothing pulls up. I am connected to the internet. I also own the HDC books on James and Philippians but I don't have High Def Slide packs for those for some reason. See photos for added clarity, hopefully

I can reproduce what you are seeing

I expect, but can't be sure, that it is another instance of the problem discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/179578.aspx

Matillo, I can duplicate this, and I am writing up a case. At this point, I am not sure if this is unique to this collection, or if it might be another example of the issue that Graham mentioned.

I will post again when I know more.
