BUG (Repeatable): Verse of the Day not rendering in layout

When I click on the VoD from the HomePage it opens the default VoD layout. However in the Media pane the Graphic does not open.

Here is a screencast. I was able to consistently reproduce this

EDIT: This bug is present in Mac OS as well
