I have some Logos Audio books, but am wondering if I can download this in a mp3 format. Just put them on a USB and listen them in my car....

I do not believe that you can. Instead, you would need to listen through your mobile app.
It is indeed possible to do that, though it's quite hidden, and maybe not wanted by FL.....
Download the media on the mobile app, then use a file browser (such as Total Commander) to find the MP3 files in the app folder and to send them to yourself (via email or Dropbox or similar).
Thanks for your responses. It seems the work around does indeed work. Is that legal? This is one of the problems of Logos: when it comes to personal use, have I bought the right to use this product, or only to use it within the Logos-system?
