Logos Notes 8 Formatting the Output to Word
Is there a way in the Notes export function to create a format that looks something similar to this? I would hate to have to type my notes in, then reformat on export to match something like this. Any thoughts?
Genesis Chapter 26
v.1-5: The Lord visits Isaac and reiterates the promise of Abraham to Isaac. Now the same covenant is passed on to Isaac.
v.6-11: Isaac follows his fathers example and lies and says that Rebekah is his sister. Abimelech found out that Rebekah was Isaac’s wife after they were seen making love. After this truth revealed Abimelech places a protection over him. In the land Isaac was prosperous.
v.12-26: Fear not for I am with thee. Why fear when I know that God is with me. God will hold my right hand and guide me.

I created a test note by copying and pasting the sample content in your post. The Print / Export function seems to honor the formatting. Are you seeing something else?

I'm not sure why it is changing those references. I am using MS Word for Mac also. When I export, it is not changing the verse references
With the exception of the spacing, it exports to Word exactly as I have it formatted in my note.
Just a question, why are you exporting a note like this to Word?

Hi Fred,
I think you have entered all the information into ONE note and are exporting the ONE note to Word. The question has to do with FOUR notes and how to export the FOUR notes so that the page with four notes looks like the final product.
I am interested because I also export my notes to Word and must do a lot of editing for it to work for my purposes...
