Is there any way to include the Septuagint as an interlinear?

Basically I'm looking to quickly compare the language choices of the LXX to the English text, but the only way I can figure out how to do it is open an LXX in a separate window but that's still Greek text primary with English interlinear available. Is there a way to make the English text primary but have the LXX as an interlinear instead of the Hebrew text?

Does the Lexham English Septuagint give you what you want?

Thank you--that's perfect. Now I feel dumb--I've been using the Lexham Greek-English interlinear and didn't check the English Septuagint
