The Release Notes make no mention of issues with Cloud Resources:

Has the downloading of Prioritized resources been deferred, or will it be fixed?
Will the issue of showing Hidden resources in Library remain for Stable.
Will any issues I have raised be noted as Known Issues?

Regarding the bug: Wrong Spell Checker in Non-English Guides.

Although I reported this problem twice and a case was filled in, there is still no solution available. It seems to be neglected.

I'm looking for a solution. The Custom Guides are now pretty useless for me.
