8.4 Beta 4: Fresh Installation

All resources = 2250 vs. 2164 in v8.3 - due to Hidden Resources
Hidden Resources removed after a restart (log 2)
Similar set of Library resources (92)

There was no Preferred Bible screen.

No Prioritised resources were downloaded with the Recommended resources (Indexer log)

The Preferred Bible Screen only shows up if you do no already have a Preferred Bible set. I'll look into the prioritize resources.

This is a known issue and we have a case open to fix this.

Can you take a screenshot of your prioritized resources in My Library? Can you tell which ones did not download?

I just retested this and the resources I had prioritized did download. If you coud post what you have prioritzed and what did not download it would be helpful.

Is that screenshot from the installation with 8.4 Beta 4? Some of those sets have numbers next to them which means they have been downloaded. Yet you say that no sets downloaded. I just wanted to confirm that this was the same install.

I'm not certain what you mean by this? You have 5 LXX Prioritized, and 6 download, are you saying that out of those 6 only 3 were your prioritized ones? Greek Bible 5 downloaded, 3 are priortized but only 1 of those were amongst the 5 that downloaded?

That is my Prioritization list - what I have prioritized in stable versions and what I thought you asked for. Individual volumes will not appear on the 8.4 list unless downloaded.

My current List in v8.4 would reflect sets/volumes that I downloaded after installation.

You have 5 LXX Prioritized, and 6 download, are you saying that out of those 6 only 3 were your prioritized ones? Greek Bible 5 downloaded, 3 are priortized but only 1 of those were amongst the 5 that downloaded?

Correct.

With LXX bibles, I prioritized a total of 5 bibles, so 2 of them were not downloaded.

With Greek Bibles 2 prioritized bibles were not downloaded

I wanted to let you know that I was able to reproduce your issue of not downloading all of your prioritized resources and have a case filed. I really appreciate you help in providing the information. The only way I was able to reproduce this was to unlock those same resources and duplicate your prioritization set up. Your help was much appreciated.

It would be typical of one created by experienced users with its use of Advanced Prioritization, but not as long because I only have a small library of 2100 books. On the other hand, inexperienced users may prioritize many books that are inappropriate because they are not Indexed (apart from Volume/Page No.).
