WORKFLOW ISSUE
Hi, I created a workflow for a Basic Bible Study on Mark 14:1-11, but every comment I made on my workflow also appeared on verse one of Mark 14 in my preferred translation.
After I made more observations in further verses, it copied them all and put them also verse 1 on my preferred translation. The issue is that I didn't want the observations that I made on my workflow to appear anywhere else, so I deleted the notes that were coming up on Mark 14 verse 1.
After I deleted my "unwanted notes" from my bible, all the observations I had made on my workflow disappeared as well. Very frustrating.
Any suggestions to avoid this in the future will be appreciated.
Joseph

The workflow puts its notes into the workflow; in your Bible they will appear on the first verse of the selection as you note. If you want the notes distributed across the verses of the passage, you must make the notes directly in your bible (in which case they will not show in the workflow), or add an anchor to the note in the note tool after it has been created in the workflow.

Thank you for the response, but can I do to avoid altogether the observations that I make on my workflow to appear on the first verse of the chapter I'm studying?
In my opinion, my study that is done on my workflow is separate from my personal notes that I make directly on my preferred Bible.
Thank you,
Joseph

This is an issue that has been discussed, and will eventually be addressed. If you do not want the note from a workflow to appear in your bible or other resource, you can turn off that notebook in the visual filter's menu.

I turn off the NOTE ICON (see red circles) for all my workflow comments. This way they are still in the workflow, but do not show in my versified commentaries and Bibles.
