Main screen still in "Mobile" format even in "View Full Site" mode.

I wrote earlier about how the Mobile App (iPhone) only occasionally (usually not) displays the "Daily Deal." When I switch to the "View Full Site" option (link at bottom of opening page), it seems that every page EXCEPT the main Logos.com page switches to the desktop view (e.g., the Products page looks like the desktop full site view). But when I then click on the Logos icon at the top to go back to the main page, the display still looks like the Mobile App display instead of what I see for Logos.com on my desktop. If it went to the actual Full Site view, then the Daily Deal link should appear as well.

This is frustrating.

    Eric - I have no idea what app you are talking about or how to get to any screen that would allow you to click on “view full site.” I know that is something that you see when visiting a web site using a mobile web browser... but not any where that I know on the Logos Mobile Apps. Can you be more explicit? If we can reproduce the issue, we can try to hunt someone down to help.

    Here is what's at the bottom of the opening screen with the Mobile app, showing what to press on/click to go to the View Full Site display:


    And here is what you see when you do that:


    IT WON'T LET ME upload the image of what you see when you click on the LOGOS icon at the top left, but it's just like the Mobile App view, and NOT like the Desktop View, which would include the "Daily Deal" if you wanted to click on it to learn about it.

    The first issue to helping troubleshoot is to make sure we are using the same terminology. The screen shots do not show any of Faithlife's mobile apps. I assume you are using mobile safari (the default web browser on iOS, made by Apple). 

    Since this isn't a mobile app issue, it would be good for this thread to be moved to the appropriate sub forum. In this case, it should probably be on the logos.com subforum. https://community.logos.com/forums/92.aspx By posting there, the right employees might see it. 

    I think I remember you saying that the problem is intermittent. On my iPhone, I can currently see the daily deal on the Logos.com homepage.

    MY APOLOGIES! I've been referring to it as the Logos Mobile App, but what I did was create a shortcut on my iPhone to Logos.com and it's in a group with all my Logos and Faithlife apps, and since it has the same icon as my Logos Mobile App, I incorrectly referred to it as that. Sorry for the confusion.

    I will put my comments in the right thread.
