Mar 2019 Free Classics Coupon Bug
Hi Faithlife,
I think there is a bug with the FLC classics coupon.
All three of these books are eligible yet only two are being discounted. At first, I thought I'd simply chosen a book which was not a free classic. However, I get the same result with any three books it seems.
Please, could someone look into this and report back?

Oh dear, I have seen my embarrassing mistake and placed it on the internet for the world to see... forever! Apparently, I think it is a March, when it is obviously May!
I'm off to cry into my coffee...

There's got to be an official name for the phenomenon of being a better proofreader of our own material only after something is published, but I don't know what it is. It's a universal affliction and I feel your pain. [:D]

It's weird that the March code still works. I guess we didn't get all our free selections in March... or perhaps Logos should look into that.

I don't think the coupon would work for non-subscribers.
Say, do you mind posting a screenshoot of the dictionary of biography and mythology please? I'd like to see what it looks like (as compared to the scanned pages samples provided on the product page).

Hi Francis,
For similar reasons, I didn't end up purchasing the dictionary in the end. So, unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot.

I sent them an email once I realised my mistake.

Let me know if there's something specific you want to see. Here are two samples.
It also includes a timeline at the end:

Thank you very much. Does the introduction of the work specify whether the references were intended to be exhaustive (at the time)?

So I got a reply from Logos. Turns out our FLC coupons are valid for three months. EG. the coupon from Mar expires at the end of May, May's coupons are valid until the end of August, etc.
It would appear then that the problem was on my end (unclaimed voucher) than on Logos end (bug/loophole).

Here's the preface with lots of info about the scope of this work
Thanks again, Tom.
