Logos Support
Just have to say that Logos support is fantastic!
I have used this software since Logos 2.0. Always easy to get help from sales and customer service, and want to be sure they get some praise.
Contacted Daniel Pitner via text to get a bible for a friend, and he handled it right away (as always).
Called customer service because of a pesky Resources to be added to the library notice that would not go away.
John handled it quickly and efficiently.
If you have this issue in windows 10,
Shut down Logos.
Go to
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\[something]\ResourceManager\
and delete the Downloaded folder.
Restart Logos.
