My church's book group just finished reading her book Inspired together a couple of months ago.
Mrs Evans and I would be on the opposite ends of the theological "spectrum" but regardless this "She is also survived by their two children, a 3-year-old boy and a girl who turns 1 in a couple of weeks." (from nytimes.com) is heartbreaking.
I heard of a fundraiser here https://www.gofundme.com/supporting-rachel-held-evans?fbclid=IwAR3L5bzJJpUK5TWWVy1TKgvhqp-Bta8RySjjhb8ecvd6oskr9dJ_7eD2WD0
Let us pray for this family.
Oh my goodness. This is shocking!
Praying for her family..
I note that Inspired is on sale at https://ebooks.faithlife.com/products/154972 for $1.99 (unfortunately not for me or other international customers since it's published by Thomas Nelson, a HarperCollins brand)
