My A15 has been indexing for hours...anyone else having this problem?
The index calculator has been all over the place 20hrs, 5hrs, 1hr, 30min, and then back to 3hrs...

The index calculator is un-reliable. A15 didn't kick an index off for me, but the last time I ran one it took 4 hours.
You can open the indexer.log to see what the indexer is doing (or if it is stuck somewhere)
Yeah i figured that the Index Calculator was off. still not sure why its indexing i didnt get any new resources?? [:^)]

having the same problem... my computer was on for over 7 hours yesterday and didn't finish the indexing - and on all day today and still chugging away. not sure what's happening. where/how do i open the indexer.log?
My A15 downloaded the day it was release but just last night decided it needed to index. I thought that was weird. I don't remember how long it took, but I did leave my laptop on all night just to make sure.

I downloaded A15 on the release date too. Yet this Saturday the Indexer fired up and ran for 2 hrs 10 mins. I've no idea why it needed to reindex at that point!? I guess this is what running Alpha software is about ... [:)]
Same thing here as Stephen. Not sure what changed between the release date and Saturday, but that seemed to be the day to re-index. Mine took about 3-4 hours. Not sure, went to bed and let 'er run.
Same issue here. Had to finally close it out due to my MBP running loud and hot after 3 hours. I'm running a 2.8ghz 4gb so i know it's not a machine issue.
