Visibility in Program Settings

This is how I see it on my screen. I can't even tell if each setting is set on Yes or No.
Is there a way I can change this?
Edit: This must be my monitor issue. I opened this post from other monitor and the screenshot shows clear gray on either Yes or No...

Go to your Graphics Properties and find the Gamma value. Lower the value to a desired setting. Gamma or Contrast could maybe solve the issue.

Both Brightness and Contrast made big difference. I just lowered the brightness a bit and that did the trick.
