Some licenses lost after first-run setup
Hi, I reformatted my system and reinstalled Logos. Some of my resources are no longer available to me.
Using the new first-run setup experience, I chose to try to download only the Recommended resources to see how it goes. (Searching for something not available locally, finding it in the cloud and then downloading it and seeing how the search then sees it locally was great, thanks!)
It looks like you are ironing out some issues, though - some of my datasets are not available to me.
I don't see any of the Interactives I'm used to see in the Tools menu.
Here's one example from one I had a shortcut for:
I suppose I should search for how to download the rest of my entire library until you iron things out.
Tell me if you'd like my logs?
Thanks a lot for the support and continue your great work!

In Tools (and most other parts of the interface), you will only see what was downloaded to your Device (computer). In the Library Find box, enter type:interactive (no spaces). Right click an interactive (or a selection of them) and click Download to make it available.

In Library, next to the Find box, click the Sidebar icon to reveal the Filters.
Under Devices, click Not on this Device to see all the "Cloud" resources (first remove the Interactive filter I described above). These can be downloaded as described above.

Thanks; those are helpful.
And this morning, the icon for the shortcut to Interactive above appeared and when clicking it, instead of saying I don't own a license to the interactive, it allowed me to download it.
OTOH, there are other weird behaviors.
For example, in the Mobile Ed course I was working on and which I had to re-download manually, my highlights were completely not coming back. And I know highlights, being Notes, shouldn't behave differently after a first-run setup.
What I discovered is that after downloading some kinds of resources, I need to reboot Logos for it to integrate them completely.
Well, this is all quite a good deal of effort. I think I'm going to mass-download all the rest of my resources to simplify things up.
Is there a way to summon the first-run setup dialog again without reinstalling Logos from scratch?

I had that experience, too.

I don't think so. But it's easy enough to download all resources:
- Open the library.
- Make sure the information panel is open.
- Click on a row (without opening the resource).
- Press CTRL+A (or CMD+A on a Mac).
- At the top of the information panel, is now a button to download all resources.
