Logos Bible vs Study Bible mobile apps
I'm basically a new user, although I started last year downloading Logos 7 for free, and bought my favorite bible translation, the NRSV. I now have Logos 8 basic. I'm trying to get up to speed on Logos after spending almost 20 years with Olive Tree Bible from Palm Pilot to computer, phone and tablet.
I've noticed several apps in the App store of my iPhone and also my Kindle Fire. One is Logos Bible and the other is Study Bible. Both appear to do the same thing. The dashboard looks the same and I think I have all the resources that is in my Logos library in both. Would someone please point me to the differences because I know they wouldn't develop two apps doing the same thing. A link to a help page of FAQ would be awesome!
Thank you in advance and God bless!
David

Hi David,
I was an Olivetree user for many years myself. Since I have bought L8 I haven't use it. I find Logos Mobile much more efficient in church keeping up with note taking and listening to the Pastor.
One of my fav features with LM is each layout is on a different page. With Olivetree, I had to split the screen which was very cramped and difficult. I can' say enough about Logos software.
I have also stopped using YouVersion and Blue letter Bible. there is a bit of a learning curved but once your around the corner there is no looking back.
