HIghlights missing in Mobile App, visible on desktop
On both my ipad and on my phone, all of the thousands of color-coded highlights and note-links are missing with the update. As soon as I opened my ipad, the highlighted passages on the screen were covered by an announcement of the update, then disappeared after I dismissed the message.
This is for all notebooks, all notes. Nothing connected to the ESV Bible is visible. How can I access the Logos 7 notes from my ESV and bring them to the free version.
I read in the FAQ (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/173720.aspx) that the new notes features are only on the paid update. Then why did the phone automatically update to Logos 8? I did not have an option on whether or not to update, and it was not a regular app-store update but it updated within the program.
Or maybe this is just a temporary quirk.

Do you have the ESV downloaded to your iPad?
If not, try doing so and see if the notes and highlights return

This is also true of the Android app as well. It also appears that some, if not all my previously downloaded resources may have to be downloaded again for highlights and notes to reappear.

Sweet. Thanks for this advice. It worked for both my iPad and iPhone! I hope you'll go through the other post like this and explain. I didn't find this simple answer under those questions.
