Notebooks in Faithlife
If you look at your own public Notebooks in Faithlife (https://documents.logos.com/allusers), some show as Current and some as Outdated.
What event triggers the update?
How often does the update occur? (I have edited some Notebooks that are still shown as Outdated.)

Even after extensive updating of Notebooks published to All Users, they still show as Outdated.
Will this fix itself, or do I need to Withdraw and start over with sharing?

Which is exactly why they are "outdated". Click on the little "broken link" icon and choose "update".

Hmmm. Could you describe the path to that icon, and what it looks like?

Log in at https://documents.logos.com and find the doc in question (easier if you select "shared" from the drop down).
When you click on the icon, you'll get this:

Yes, that's the way it always worked for me before Logos 8. Miss Philana confirmed that it no longer works as you have shown.
You wouldn't happen to be running Logs in 7-mode, would you?
If you are running Logos 8, then something is amiss with my setup. [sigh]

Here is what I see when I click the blue Action button:
There are no other icons when I hover anywhere over the list.

The solution: [taDAA]
The problem appears to be that I had shared Notebooks with both my Group and All Users.
- In my Faithlife documents page (https://documents.logos.com/), Withdraw (eg: un-share) all documents.
- Publish each Notebook to All Users (no longer share with my Group)
- The listing in All Users shows status = Current
