The morphology chart only brings up one instance of Eloah. I'm assuming this is a bug unless I'm doing something wrong. It also list it as plural (2 Kings 17:31) which I'm assuming is wrong as well (syntactically it is plural but singular morphologically). Thanks for the help!
Morphologies vary between singular and plural. Logos Hebrew Morph has singular but see LHB for the passage you cite.

Thanks for the reply Dave. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. I thought the Logos Hebrew morphology is based on the LHB. LHB and AFAT have eloah tagged as singular in 2 Kings 17:31. BHS tags as plural but I believe that is because it is using the qere not the ketiv.
Yes, there is one or more bugs going on here. At least one, I am told, has been addressed in internal builds (to do with unnecessary conversions between lemma data type references that causes some significant loss of hits). But there may be another issue with K/Q pairs not being handled well (note how this result is showing the K surface form, but the Q analysis - for both the morph and the lemma). I'll make a ticket for this case. Thanks!
Thanks Vincent!
Faithlife. Can you respond to this old thread as this seems to still be an issue??
Bump
I am not sure where this stands as I do not do any of the development of the software, but I do want to offer an alternative option that accomplishes the same task with better results.
Instead of using the Morph Charts, use a regular morph search instead.
You can then change the view to analysis and organize the chart primarily by "lemma" and secondarily by "number." (Or whatever other morph data you want to sort by)
This search catches both the Qere reading and the Kethiv reading in the LHB for 1 Kings 17:31.
Hope this helps.

Does anyone have an idea why Faithlife refuses to respond to this Bug??
Hi, Lankford. We have an open ticket for it in our bug tracking database which has produced some investigation and discussion, but we have not yet identified the exact failure point(s). In the meantime, this forum thread is linked to the ticket and will be updated whenever we have a fix in place. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that we didn't respond to the thread in a timely way. Thanks!
Thanks for the reply.
I submitted an issue for this very thing, just a few days ago. The Morph Chart Interactive is inaccurate when it comes to Eloah. Of course, I got nowhere. They are saying its not an issue. This is almost 4 years later than your last post. Not very good.
