June 18 APP Failure
Last Night all my FL APPS on my iPad suddenly were asking for login... I have no issue with that what I do have issues with is it would not accept my password and left me unable to use the APPs. This did not impress me and I would like to know if FL is aware of this and how to prevent such things in the future.

As I am sure you are aware, the mobile apps are not designed to “log out.” Do you have other mobile devices? If so, did the same thing happen on them? Have you changed your username (email) or password recently? Any chance you “deleted” the device from your list of devices (on the desktop or on the website)?

I didn’t check my iPhone I did not log out or make any changes to my account or desktop APP. Trying to do devotional readings before sleep and suddenly I get a screen telling me I must sign in, I attempt to do this and it doesn’t work. I switched apps and then got the same message in Verbum , sign in window would not go away and so I could do nothing. This was a minor annoyance all in all but had it been a more critical time and I was using my iPad in professional ministry it could be a critical problem and I want to ensure that no user needs to face this. I suppose I should have checked on my iPhone but really I just wanted to get to sleep and deal with it in the morning. If I get no official response on here in the next day I will call into technical support to see if they have any answers.

Hi Dan,
We did some scheduled server maintenance last night, and this resulted in some users being asked to sign in again.

Ok good to know is there anything I could have done to escape that in case it happens again?
