Is there a way to link (hyperlink) a note file to a document that you have created?

I'm not clear whether you want to jump to the personal document from the note, or the note from the personal document.

If the latter, make sure the note is open and then click the ⋮ menu at the top. There are two ⋮ menus, one for the panel, and one for the note. You want the uppermost one, which is for the panel. Then click on Copy Location as URL.

If I've misunderstood, or am not clear, please ask.

I want to jump from my notes to a personal document (Passage List, Canvas, etc.)? Can I copy a hyperlink from that document into my logos notes so when I am in my notes I can jump (hyperlink) to a document I have created?

Yes - in the screenshot below I have a note open and a passage list where I've clicked the panel icon on the Passage List and am going to select "copy by url" (outlined in red)

I then select a portion of text in the note and click the link button

Paste the copied URL into the popup box and click Save

This adds a hyperlink to the passage list to the selected text in the note
