Hello:
Is there any way to enter the former libraries comparison tool? The current one doesn't let me choose the libraries I need to compare. And the mesianic libraries aren't there yet.
Thanks!

Is there any way to permanently keep the 'classic' look style etc., perhaps an profile option somewhere??
The new one might be 'enhanced for user experience' especially for mobile etc, but it is horribly inefficient for general use. I appreciate the intent, but it's really frustrated some web devs/companies are trying to 'help' us by making everything giant sized and spaced out. So frustrating.
I'm referring to the order lists in particular (order history etc.). I use it for various purposes and the new spaced out format is ugly and just no where near as user friendly for general sitting at a PC usage. I know I can download CSV file, but that is not what I want. I want to be able to go to the order page, one click and quickly see and search for what I need in an efficiently laid out screen, not miles and miles of white space everywhere.
Thanks if anybody is listening and able to help.

Yes. Please give us the option for the classic website.
The new website is very inefficient and would make browsing a pain.

First impression: The "Price/Add to Cart" box is MASSIVE, it's WAY TO BIG and is taking up too much space on the screen. Consider making it about 40% smaller so that you can fit more actual info about the product on the screen.
Also, you've moved the info about what collections the product is in all the way to the bottom of the page, even below all the comments, which is extremely inconvenient. Consider putting it closer to the product description, above the comments. The first thing I typically want to know about a product is whether or not it is in any collections.
Finally, the collections that the product is contained in don't seem to be listed in any logical order. Please list the collections in ascending order of price the way you used to.
I agree heartily with each of these points, but this isn't even the beginning of problems.
EVERYTHING under my picture, things like order history, pre-pubs, community pricing, wish lists: ALL are horrendous space hogs, yet don't convey any useful information at all. I want to see thumbnails and more importantly, i want to see authors names. And Why does it eat up SO MUCH SPACE? I have to scroll forever to see my stuff. To say you've made the experience worse isn't enough. You've made it almost unusable.
Just to be fair and not completely negative, i do like having the wish lists tiled so i can get to whichever one i want to see without having to scroll through all my wish lists. This is an improvement.

You have to access your old Wish List from the main Logos page. Click on your name at the top right corner, then select "View Wish Lists"
Wokrs for me,

Hi,
Im having trouble opening any links from Logos. Below is a screenshot of what I get when going to a link.
I tried to download free book of the month, when I go to the dropdown menu, select the free book, it is visible literally for a split second, then the screen below appears. Any advice?

Update - it appears to happen on Firefox and Edge. Links opens on Chrome.

The FBOTM page seems to be broken for all of us. There are links here to purchase the books: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/182399/1055075.aspx#1055075

It's working for me; perhaps it will work for you now too?

It works for me, too. Tim, what version of the operating system and browser are you using?
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Hi,
Firefox 67.0.4 (64 bits)
I just met someone on Facebook group who has the same issue as me on his Chrome browser.

Another problem with Wish Lists
The panels are awful ... how many clicks to see what resources are on sale?
Bug: Once you have clicked ... it does not show you what products you own!!!
Can we have a fully working old site? This site was clearly not tested sufficiently before it was signed off.
BTW. Problems with this forum again ... cannot log in ... the log-in page has expired ! Much clicking and refreshing ...eventually got it working ... Not sure that Logos.com is worth the effort these days ... it seems poorly designed, poorly implemented (like L8 ... still ignored issues with basic functionality such as the library whilst we see new minor features and obscurer tweaks ... published before its time ... and still not fixed).2017 15" MBP, iPad Pro

The old site will eventually go away.
In the meantime, FL is listening to customers and making improvements to the new site. Specific feedback is helpful.

Hi everyone - I have found a problem that was unexpected with the new Logos web page.
I normally use Chrome browser (with Windows 10 operating system) and the new Logos main web page loads well except that I cannot see a place to sign in at the top of the page. For me the top of the page ends just above "Download Logos" and goes no further.
I can get round this awkwardly by going to "Account" at the bottom of the page which takes me to a place where i can sign in, but this means I then have to find the main page from there.
I tried using Microsoft Edge instead - and this allows me to see the signing in location at the top of the main web page. The link also works so if I use that browser I can sign in normally.
It may be that my Chrome browser needs an adjustment to settings to see the signing in location or otherwise there is a problem for Chrome reading the whole page. I'm not sure which is the problem.
Any suggestions so I may continue to use Chrome would be appreciated.
Keep well
Paul

This sounds strange

There isn't a problem, in general, with Chrome reading this page. The screenshot below is from Chrome on Windows 10
Do you have any blockers or extensions installed?

Thanks Graham - No blockers in place. However, I think I may have solved the problem by clearing all cache data and reloading the page from scratch. Although I'm not sure why this happened in the first place, the signing in location now appears normally at the top of the web page. All's well that ends well! Thanks for responding so quickly to my message. Keep well Paul

Wish List needs to show which items I already own.
We have just shipped a fix for wish lists. You should now see when you already own an item on your wish list and when an item is no longer sellable on the site. Adding an item to your cart will not remove the item from your wish list. Once you purchase the item, it will remain on your wish list, but will be identified as owned. As always, please let us know if there is further room for improvement.

Thx! Will we be able to search our order history in the future? Last time I went to it I had to click more and then do a control+F to find an order. The old site had a search box.

Much appreciated - for me the Wish List is once again usable [:D]

Sorry for the inconvenience! We've identified the issue you're having and will be fixing it soon.
Woo hoo!! You can search on Logos.com again!! (beyond one visible word).
Now, for the fake 80% off claims. That seems so naive, thinking customers are that naive.

I would not word it like that but personally I don't like how %-off is portrayed.

Portraying a standard pricing routine offered every day to all customers can not be portrayed as a 'sale'. In retail parlance, it's EDLP .... everyday low pricing.
Imagine if Walmart put up signs on it's shelves, 'SALE!' and there was no change in price offered. That would be a 'fake' sale (by definition).
The fact that we're making excuses for a 'Christian' company is the proverbial 'sad'. But from a marketing standpoint it's naive ... it discounts your credibility regarding savings.
When I scan down the search results, I generally ignore their 'sale' since it just means I already own some. And they're grasping for 'value'.
