"Open in a floating window" button no longer works

This pertains to Logos Bible Software 8.6, version 8.6.0.0052 in Windows (10).

I think it was reported in the 8.6 beta cycle (or even earlier).

Under 8.7 Beta 1 (Windows 10), in case there is a floating window open or minimized, the button will activate that window.  Otherwise it will open a floating window - this is how the button should work (imo) and now does (there were discussions whether it should give focus to a library tab, should one exist, but this doesn't square with the tooltip and the button design).

However, it does not take over the selections from the original drop-down library view. So maybe a little tweaking is still in order.
