Old notes file containing study method for expository studies
Many years ago, I found somewhere a notes file called "My revision of JFidel Template for Expository Studies". I had it in Libronix. Although I still have a notes file with this title, the note is now empty. It looks like its contents got lost in the various upgrades of notes systems.
Does anybody still have this study method?

John Fidel is on the forums. Maybe you could message him and see if he still has that template if you are not able to recover the revised version.

Many thanks for your feedback. I will message John Fidel.
However, the notes file contained a version modified by somebody else.

Hi Armin,
I remembered the note you mention, so I did a search in my Notes file and found the Notebook with that name. The only thing it is no longer a single note, but divided up into 15 notes making up the Notebook. A "Mary-Ellen" is the person who did the revision. She is mentioned by name in a couple of the notes and identifies herself simply as "M-E" in several of them.
I said all of that to only say I don't know how to send them to you. If we can figure that out I'll be happy to do so.

You could share the notebook with all Logos users, or, alternatively, with a Faithlife group where you and Armin both are members of.

Eureka!! I was reading another forum and discovered how to share a Notebook. So, this is my attempt to do that. I'm posting the link that was formed in the box, let's see now...
Please let me know if this works and you get all 15 notes in the notebook.

I'm using 8.7 Beta 1 but hope this looks the same for you: I identify the notebook to share from the Docs menu's Yours tab, then I select this notebook and use the Share button on the top right:
An upcoming dialog window asks me if I really want to share - I slide the button from No to Yes and click done
Subsequently the shared Notebook will appear for other users in the Docs menu's Public tab.
Hope this works!

I see that you were faster than my post - following your link I was able to Connect and then to Duplicate on documents.logos.com, now the Notebook shows up in the Yours tab of my Docs menu and I can access them.
Thanks for sharing!

Armin, I am glad you were able to recover the note file. I apologize for not replying sooner, but have been traveling. I think the new workflows replace much of what I those notes suggest for study methods. I am glad they have been helpful to you over the years. God Bless!
