CRASH with iMac
Hi there,
I am having problems opening Logos on my iMac. Once I click to open Logos, it opens and plays the default Logos theme. Files begin to synchronise, but then the app minimises to my menu taskbar on the bottom of the screen. The icon then disappears and Logos is locked out. My Mac has not noticed that a CRASH has taken place and therefore I can't get a report on what's happening. I have made between 6 - 10 attempts at opening Logos but to no avail. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Sorry you have encountered difficulty. Have you previously successfully ran Logos on this Mac?
You should still be able to access the Logos Logging folder. See the link in my signature. Then Logos Logging Utility will do all the heavy lifting for you and put an archive of the logs on your desktop. Then, attach them to a reply post.

Jack, this is much appreciated. I'll give that a go and see what it reports. I've used Logos for many years on my Mac. This is a first for repeated crashes. I'll let you know how I get on :-)
