How to set default copy paste font ( Copy Bible Verses Tool )

I'm often making Presentations from Original language Bible texts, and these don't look so great (especially Hebrew) in arial font. So this means I do LOTS of copy paste from Logos, into my presentation software, then I manually change the font face and size to make it look nice. I'd like to make it so by default, using the Logos "Copy Bible Verses" Tool, will copy the verse in Times New Roman.

Here's the stuff I've *already tried*:

I read the LogosTalk blog How to Customize the Copy Bible Verse Tool in Logos.

Also, since it seems to me the tool "understands" some HTML formatting codes, I tried various HTML font formatting things to try to get the font I want set. The tool did not complain, but nothing happened.

Hope someone knows how to do this as it will save me a good amount of format dancing. Also, it'd be cool if I could make my verse reference at the end a certain color. I've also tried HTML tags for that to no avail.

It is a weakness of CBV that the Style setting doesn't work. Copying direct from the bible will paste TNR 12 text into Word (for English & Hebrew), but it may not be formatted as you want.

Also, it'd be cool if I could make my verse reference at the end a certain color. I've also tried HTML tags for that to no avail.

The formatting options have to be be pre-defined, so you won't succeed with color.

This isn't what you asked for, but could maybe help to think in another direction.
Exactly what formats can your Presentation Software receive? Maybe there's another way to do it.

Canvas is based on draw.io meaning that somehow it should be posible to use mxGraphModel to create templates. 
I tested this a while ago and succeeded.
You can create a Style in Copy Bible Verses to create an mxGraphModel for the Canvas tool. 
Copy the result from the Copy Bible Verses Tool, go to your Canvas and press Ctrl+V. You can export the Canvas as an Image 
or Use Canvas as your Presentation Tool?

PJ, I use Powerpoint and need access to the text as I highlight various words and apply powerpoint effects to sections of the verse and such. An image will not work for me. I cant change presentation tools over this. We use too many of the powerpoint features.

I appreciate your creative approach though.

I use Powerpoint

I also so use PowerPoint weekly and I have my program settings under text display set to use Calibri and that's the font that comes over. I do have to resize though.
