I got it. "Generate a Reading Plan" works, Not "Customize.

It looks to me like you added references to a session, but didn't yet add the session to the plan. Until you do that, there won't be a done button. This might help: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016525132-Reading-Plans#h_4c6d8a6e-142c-4a30-8627-061b38731b7e
