Where is the Community Tag function?
Yes, I wasn't deliberating testing so I didn't notice until I went to add a tag today ... where is the Community Tag function?

Well... no!
The option is missing in version 8.7 with the Visual filter checked. The above screenshot from 8.6 shows where it used to be.

The option will show up if you select more than one word, but it should show up when only one word is selected. I've written up a case.
