I've watched all the Mobile App videos and looked at the FAQ.

When i highlight a passage in one Bible Version, it does not show up as highlighted in other versions, even though i've checked and i have the show notes/highlights button selected in those other versions.

    Hi John,

You need to have the 'Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)' box ticked in the bible that you would like to see the highlights in.

Eg if you have highlights in the NIV, and want to view them in the ESV, you will need to select the 'Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)' in the ESV filters. You may also need to check the notebook subsection beneath 'Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)' in the ESV filters if you have previously unchecked the relevant notebook.

Do you mean that the setting for the Bible on the desktop app also controls what highlighting shows up on the same Bible in the Mobile App?

I just checked as follows. I have Luke 9:54 highlighted in the NKJV and have selected in the visual filter the Notes and Highlights (both the plain and also the corresponding option) and have checked the 3 notebooks i use for highlighting and for those three also used the right drop down arrow to choose 'show in all appropriate resources". I have done the same procedure for the ESV, NLT, LBD and NIV.

On the desktop, every one of these Bible versions show the highlighting on Luke 9:54.

In the mobile app, ONLY the NKJV shows the highlighting. I do have the Note/Highlights button turned on in each Bible under view settings.

Bottom line: The Mobile App is only showing the highlight on the Bible that i actually highlighted the text on in the mobile app. NONE of the Bible versions seems to be showing highlights in Bible versions which were made in the desktop app, though the desktop app is consistently showing all highlights across Bible version irregardless of whether it was highlighted on the desktop originally or in the mobile app.

John sorry I did not notice this was relevant to mobile. I think at the moment it is not possible to have corresponding filters on the mobile app.
