I am starting to run down a problem so I don't have all the information I may need yet.  When I start Logos.com on my PC in Win 10 I always get a message (one or both) under the blue dot that says Indexing, or in the library header that says something like All titles may not be included under an orange highlight. This initial process usually takes about 30 seconds all or most of the time when I start Logos. I recently found in the Resource Monitor under the Task Manager in Win 10 that the Indexing Process was showing 1800 Hard Faults a Second in Memory when indexing after loading new or updated resources. This seems excessive. I have an Aspire 7740 with an Intel Core i3 M330 CPU at 2.3 Ghz; 8 GB of Ram; 500Gig SSD (Solid State Drive); Win 10  64bit. Do "I need to give you more information to get help?

You will get faults when loading any application as it has to access data from the disk rather than memory.

When Logos is initially launched it will be doing checks on resources etc, I do not think 30 seconds is particularly long to wait for it to finish initialising for your spec computer with a library your size.

You could follow the instructions here and post the logs, there maybe something in there that is abnormal.

It's difficult to conclude anything from hard faults, particularly with an adequate 8 GB memory and an SSD, which has very fast disk accesses. The main component showing the age/speed of your Acer is the Core i3-330M, which is a 9 year old processor.

If you submit logs as requested above we can see if there are any issues with your Logos.
