Book Builder and Link set
Is there a way to link Verses in your Personal Book to sync with other Bibles?
I Have written a commentary on the NT, I want to sync each verse to other books?

You'll need to add the appropriate milestones in your docx files. See this link from the wiki: Milestones

I tried that, it just pulls up the Verse. I want to be able o scroll the document and it sync with the other open documents. Am I doing something wrong?

Assuming you used the correct milestones, compiled as type:bible commentary and put your own commentary into the same link set as the open bible/other commentaries, this should work fine.

I am obvious doing something wrong, and do not understand the process. Is there an example I can refer too?
Here is what I have for this verse
[[@Bible:col 4:1]] Verse 1

I am not an expert, but I have dabbled... but it is been a couple of years at least.
That looks right to me. Context might be important. What is the book? Is it copyrighted? If there aren't any legal issues, it might be helpful to have the .docx (or a portion of it) to play with.

It is my own commentary. I would like the verses to sync to other books IE, Bibles when scrolling.

When you compiled the PB, did you choose "Bible Commentary" from the dropdown list?
Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

If Doc B's suggestion isn't the answer, we might need to have a copy to play with to see if the issue is the document, or something else on your side.
