Hi Todd - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I can't see the picture you posted - please try again using the paperclip icon in the forum editor.
Please post screenshots of the description of a Visual Filter as well as what you see in the NKJV dropdown

Visual Filters
I have created visual filters for different types of Greek verbs. On my iMac, the visual filters show up on all the Bible versions that I click on. But on my Macbook Pro, the highlights show up on every Bible version I have except NKJV, which just so happens to be the one I am trying to use. How do I get this version to allow me to show my visual filters? It does not even show it as an option from the 3 dot drop down menu.

- close NKJV in your layout
- re-open NKJV but make sure it is not linked to other resources
- If it works, then set the link.
- If still not working... let us know
The NT reverse interlinear is not current - it is three months older than mine
Try the command "update resources" in the command box. That will check all your resources and download any updates - it might take some time.
Then see what version you have and - if it has changed - if the visual filter then works.
If not, I'm running out of ideas!
Thank you for your reply. The first picture is of the NKJV not giving me the option for visual filter. The second is of the esv showing filter.
For clarification: your screenshot doesn’t prove your claim... if the visual filters were there, you would have to scroll down further. Can you verify that they are not there By scrolling down?

That is scrolled all the way down.
Have you only ever used the "Solid Colors" in the NKJV?

I do still think it’s an issue with out of date reverse interlinears.
Please enable diagnostic logging - details at https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Then start Logos, leave it open for a minute, close it and post the logos.log file in a reply to this thread.
The interlinear ribbon works fine.
The version on my iMac is actually older. It says 2017-10-20.
On each computer, delete the file NKJVNT.lbsrvi in /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random/ResourceManager/Resources and restart Logos. It should then download the latest version and possibly index the NKJV.

I tried pretty much the same config as your layout, with the same Morph filter, without problem. Not entirely sure what the problem is from your log, as it shows that it is acting on your Morph filter. But try these:

It says 2019-03-29.
I am not sure why, but that is out of date. I think you need to call FL directly.

Thank you gentlemen for all your help. I contacted technical support and after several hours of work, they were able to get it fixed. They had to manually download the files because it would not automatically pull them for some reason.
He said this would fix the problem but they were still investigating what was causing it to do this. So I am not real sure what the ultimate cause behind it was.
But again, thank you for your efforts.
We had a server problem that was preventing the latest versions of some resources from being delivered to users. This is now resolved (from our ongoing investigation into the issue once Todd contacted us).
If anyone is still seeing an out-of-date HCSB or NKJV reverse interlinear, you may need to enter "update resources" in the command box to force a full update check.
