yes, I think this is possible. You would need to use the appropriate milestones (see https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books#Milestones ) and compile the PB as type:lexicon in order to work. This process would be quite similar to what is explained in https://wiki.logos.com/Building_a_Dictionary_PB

looks like this:

[[@Headword+el:λόγος]] λόγος  - word

just with +he for Hebrew instead of +el - Logos will then produce Greek and Hebrew headword indexes, as you can see when you compile my quick test PB attached below.

Note that the RTL of the Hebrew word messed up with the forum editor, so I pasted the Greek example syntax - both work, but I felt more confident starting out the example with Greek, since I don't do Hebrew, I took the one example lemma from a recent forum discussion.

You make Headwords and Hebrew is quite difficult to format. An entry would look like:

[[@Headword+he:אֱיָל]] אֱיָל                    ---->  Heading 4

(ʾ^ěyāl): n.masc.; strength       ---> Normal style

I used Times New Roman font. Your Hebrew will come from one Morphology, including homonyms**.  If you get the lemma format in a Morph Search e.g. lemma:אֱיָל  then copy :אֱיָל  to paste into [[@Headword+he]]   

Your PB will have language Norwegian, type Lexicon, and the +he specifies a Hebrew headword for the compiler.

I prioritized my Hebrew-English PB, and it worked as you would expect in the Context menu for lookups & Bible Word Study. You might have problems with Norwegian text.

** a homonym for strength in Logos Hebrew Morphology is formatted אֵל:4 in Morph Search, so I think this is the format for your lexicon.

Seeing NB Mick's example, you need to experiment to see which format works best.

Each lemma  entry has to be an article, which you get when the Headword entry is a Heading 4 style, and the definition is Normal style on the next line  e.g.
