Bought it, but Didn't? (Chapell: Christ-Centered Preaching)
I picked up the Zondervan Pastoral Ministry Collection for the volumes I did not already own. The 3rd edition of Chapell's Christ-Centered Preaching was one of the key titles I wanted, but it did not download with the rest. Oddly, the collection now appears on the Logos site as owned, but the itemized list of titles specifies that I own every title in the collection EXCEPT Christ-Centered Preaching. When I go the the individual product page for that title it does not indicate I own it, and offers to sell it to me again for $29.99.
Is this glitch possibly happening because I already own the 2nd edition of this resource, or does anybody have another theory or fix?

I don't have a theory but I'd suggest this as the kind of thing to contact customer support over.

Our apologies: this resource was accidentally included before the product went live on the website. While we pulled the product itself from the collection (meaning that the price you paid was technically accurate), the product list on the page wasn't revised after the fact.
I have corrected the error on the page. Please contact customer service and they will take care of you promptly.
