Android: Can see Greek Interlinear on Mobile, not Hebrew...

I can directly open a Lexham Greek interlinear on Android, but I cannot open the Lexham Hebrew interlinear on Android. The resource doesn't even appear in my library.

(It actually looks like its the same on my Desktop version of L8, I can open the GREEK Interlinear as a book, or view it in the interlinear panel below a compatible resource... Conversely I can only view the HEBREW interlinear in the interlinear 'panel' under a compatible resource, but I cannot open the Hebrew interlinear as it's own resource...

Why the difference between Greek and Hebrew?

Is there any way to open the Hebrew interlinear as its own resource?

((Note, I specifically bought the Logos 8 update just to be able to open the Hebrew interlinear on Android, the same way I open the Greek on android...))

    Hi Derek,

We would like to investigate this further.

    Please do the following:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”

A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Please enter a description of the problem. When finished, press “Send” to send your report. We will reply as soon as possible.

If this issue occurs both on Android and Desktop it is likely not a platform specific problem and Android logs will not help. Just my take.

Are you referring to the resource https://www.logos.com/product/2056/lexham-hebrew-english-interlinear-bible

If so, I can open it without issue on my Android device.

The fact that you can't see it in your library - on both Android and desktop - may suggest that the software doesn't recognise that you own it.

Which Logos 8 update did you purchase?
