If highlights have been created with Notebook set to No Notebook, is it possible to move them into a Notebook? I can't see how - I hope I am just looking in the wrong place.Smile

Use the sidebar to filter by Notebook name. Select all the notes/highlights you want to change and look for the heading Notebook to the right. Click next to the Notebook name and make your change.

In the filters (not the Notebooks) you can select from 'Notebook' then 'No Notebook' (A) which will  show you all the notes that are not assigned to a notebook.

You can then bulk assign these to a specific notebook by selecting them all using Ctrl-A or Cmd-A, or choosing specific notes by using shift or ctrl clicking, and choosing the Notebook (B)
