Since iOS 13 last week:

(1) time indicator on ESV audio not showing properly (see pic below with the "..." at the bottom)

(2) verse indicator (the thing that moves along as each verse is being read[?]) disappeared.  now I have to move the screen along myself.

Before iOS 13:

(1) reading start/stop bars always get messed up for me about halfway through the year in my bible reading plans.  This is only on mobile -- desktop app is perfectly fine.  Sometimes the start here/end here bars are next to each other at the top of the section I'm supposed to read.  sometimes the they're next to each other at the top of a chapter break even though the section I should be reading neither starts not stops at a chapter break...

    Karl,

The truncating of the time and remaining time should be fixed in the next Beta.

We are still trying to reproduce the other issues.  Are you running offline?  Are the ESV and ESV Audio downloaded?

Yes, sorry, ESV is downloaded to my phone. The verse indicator was working this morning just fine. It was only in Isaiah yesterday (where I took that screen shot) that it stopped on me So that I had to manually scroll as I read along. The start/stop indicators have been an issue for years with me. Always starts out great in January, and eventually things get messed up. I end up opening the reading plan document and swiping back and forth to make sure I’m reading the right section (frustrating).

here’s A screen shot of tomorrow’s plan. this particular section is supposed to be Hebrews 13:1-8...

Are the ESV and ESV Audio downloaded?

...unless something has changed, the ESV audio isn't eligible to download! It is a free resource and is "online only."

Just discovered that. I assumed that since the ESV Audio had a download button, and when you click it it changes the status to Downloaded under Book Info, that the resource files were download to the local device. But when I turn off internet, it doesn't stream. Had never tried without internet, so was unaware. As usual, you've taught me something new. [*]

Ok I just realized that the verse indicator ceases to work after I open up the windows and swipe up to close the reading plan document I had opened in order to know what to read. If I refrain from closing that window, the moving verse indicator works fine.
