Where To Find Mobile User Guide and Training Materials
I need to do a refresher on using the Verbum mobile app for iOS on my iPad. I'm having trouble locating training materials. Can someone point me to them?
[I'm having difficulty with highlights staying in place. I touch the screen and slide over the text I want to highlight - during that time my highlight appears. When I lift my finger off the screen the highlight disappears.]

To answer your second question, it appears that you have notes/highights turned OFF under view settings. In all likelihood, you have created a new highlight each and every time you have done so.

I check "View Settings" and the "Show Notes/Highlights" is toggled on.
Would the upgrade to iPadOS have changed any functionality? Running iPadOS 13.1.2.

Is the resource downloaded? If so, delete and redownload. If not, download.

It wasn't downloaded. Downloaded now and it's working. Can you explain further why that worked?

I am not sure if it is considered a “bug,“ a “known issue,” or “working as designed.” In any case, the resource needs to be downloaded to view highlights. In my opinion, this should not be the case... especially since FL doesn’t want you to download all resources.
