Can't log in to Logos Bible, but can on Logos 8
I have a Faithlife acc ount for which I just changed the password. When I try to log in to the Windows 10 Logos Bible app (not the Windows 10 Logos 8 app--that's fine), I get an "Unexpected Error" message. This happens whether I use my FaithLife password or my Logos password. (BTW, do I need both?) my FaithLife password got me in here, so why can't I log into the Logos Bible app?

Roger your FL password and Logos password should be the same. They all work off the one account and hence one set of login credentials. You should have only one username and one password. If you have multiple which is what it sounds like you are saying you need to talk to customer service to get the separate accounts merged otherwise you won’t have full access to everything you have purchased.

Faithlife password should also work for https://app.logos.com
Guess for older Logos Bible app not logging in is a Faithlife security upgrade => 7.18 and Newer releases need TLS 1.2 for online connection as of 10 Dec 2018 (so older releases are always offline)

Are you talking about the app that used to be in the Windows Store (and that we removed four years ago: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/99859.aspx )?
Bradley Grainger, I may be. I wonderd why there were two apps in the Winows Store, and knew nothng about a with drawn app. I'll delete it immediaely. Tjanks,
