8.8 SR-1 (8.8.0.0046) is now available
The Logos Bible Software desktop application version 8.8 is now available to all users.
To immediately update to the current stable version, enter the Update Now command. Otherwise, the app will automatically update the next time it's scheduled to check for updates.

'Update Now' would not work for me whilst still on beta channel, however switching to default, and then back to beta meant it would then work.
(This might just be my config as I have been trying different VMs out over last few weeks and might of merged two different builds whilst copying data back and forth. Anyway working now.)

But the next Beta will of course get the code fixes from the SR (and continuing betas will continue to get the fixes, should additional SRs come up - or rather fixes from the beta will be made available as SRs to stable-only users). This is a normal thing, but in the 8.9 Beta 1 release notes it was explicitly made clear...
Which means as a beta user I don't need to care about SR releases on the stable channel, those things will (have) come to me anyway.

Perpetual crash using 8.8.0.0046 while attempting to download Mobile Ed media.
Maybe just a cache problem.

The crash is caused by a corrupt web cache. Try deleting C:\Users\Duan\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\xn2jgawm.ss2\WebCache\CacheData.db and its journal file. Otherwise, you may have to delete the C:\Users\Duan\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\xn2jgawm.ss2\WebCache folder.
