Saving a Custom Resource Summary
Is it possible to save a brief summary with a given resource? I'd like to summarize the main points & perhaps track my reading progress (since Logos has a progress bar, but no easy way to actually find the unread portions).

What portion do you chip in your usage? The resource's title?

Hopefully Robert will chip in with details of how he does this more specifically my suggestion is that you could simply clip the title at the front of the book and make resource wide notes. To track what sections you have read you could simply clip the heading of that section and then make notes specific to that section of the book.
Alternatively create a notefile for that resource and attach notes in the same manner. The main difference between the two approaches is that using notes you will have a visible icon in text to see where you have / have not made notes and hence what you have / have not read and be able to access those notes more easily than clippings. The downside is if you don't like the visual clutter of these notes icons and if you don't create a named note file, you will not have the ability in visual filter's to turn the display of the note icons on/off as you desire.

In the clippings there is space for notes. I write a summary of the portion. Also when you close a book and reopen it you are taken to where you lift off. in some book the author will give a summary of a chapter at the end of the chapter, I put this into a clipping.
