Sure - they carry over just nicely from a test PB file I built on the fly (with embarrassing typos and all)

I used Times New Roman as resource font, but still got an error about "Symbol" not being a suitable font (I guess the bullet itself is in Symbol font), but no issues.

Maybe the bullets are in a real exotic, possibly even non-Unicode font? Have you tried reformatting into a MS Word bulleted list?

If this doesn't work, can you share the document or at least a paragraph where we see the bullets not working? Since normally they should.
