Hot-key Highlight

I made a hot-key for a box. However, when I want the box to include two or more lines in a paragraph the beginning and the end of each line is closed.
Is there a way to hot key a box that has all the sentences within four borders of the box?

Bummer! However, if I make my page layout 1 tile then a shorter box highlight will display what I want, but once I select 2 tiles then it reverts back to separate boxes.
