Preferred bible personal document not showing over bible verses
Hi all, I imported a bible that I made in Microsoft word and now it appears among the bibles in my library. I prioritized that resource but when I go over a bible verse anywhere in verbum it doesn't switch to that bible I made.

what sort of tagging and milestones have you added to your personal book? Can you give a screenshot of your .docx file?

Hi Josef:
I think JT is trying to get a look at the contents of your .docx. Depending on your Logos and Personal Book experience, you might not know the tagging your .docx needs to fully function as a Type: Bible resource. Would you like additional information on that?

Creating a simple personal book is fairly easy. Creating a highly functional personal book can be very complicated. You need to use the right syntax to create "milestones" so that the software knows what you are trying to do with it.

I don’t know if this is your first attempt at doing this and so whether you are familiar with terminology like ‘milestones‘ that others have mentioned so I suggest you start with following page and make sure you do understand the terminology and if you have questions please post back here for assistance. The page also has some links to examples but please don’t just skip to the examples if you don’t understand the terminology. To do this successfully you need to know the different types of tagging you need apply in order to achieve your end goal.

Currently, Verbum.com has one Italian Bible => Giovanni Diodati Bibbia (Italian Bible 1649) so can appreciate Personal Book desire for a newer translation. Logos Wiki => Bible Datatypes shows Giovanni Diodati Bibbia (Italian Bible 1649) uses Bible milestones.
