Just wanted to say THANK-YOU!! to CS. I did a big boo boo on a pre-pub and the CS Rep was so accomadating. I do a fair amount of interaction with "non" Christian businesses and there are some real doozies out there. But talking with FL today was nothing but a breath of fresh air.

So Bob, thank-you for your staff. Makes life a little bit easier and enjoyable.
