Clippings: The document could not be found...

Hi Jake - and welcome to the forums
I;ve just tried to access a clipping on the web app and it works fine for me.
Do you see this problem on all Clippings or specific ones?
Are you able to access other Docs without any problem?
Which browser on which device are you using?

Thanks for the response. I've tried Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and on a few different machines.
The Clippings I created were from iOS.
Still trying to figure out how to create clippings with the web app.

On the same browser, go to documents.logos.com and, if signed out, log in. If logged in, sign out, then log back in.
Then try a clippings document. It should work then.
PS: You may need to refresh the tab that app.logos.com is in, if it doesnt immediately give you access to your clippings.

The Clippings I created were from iOS.
I've just tried this - creating a clipping in iOS and opening it in the web app and it worked fine. So something strange is going on.
Are you logged into the web app using the same credentials as on iOS?
Still trying to figure out how to create clippings with the web app.
This is not currently supported.

I'm not sure why, but accessing clippings at app.logos.com seems to require me to be authenticated successfully on documents.logos.com, at least that has been my experience. I use some security software that constantly logs me out of documents.logos.com. When it does, I cannot access clippings or passage lists until I authenticate at documents.logos.com, and get the exact same error message as the OP. Perhaps app.logos.com uses cookies from documents.logos.com for those clippings, etc. IDK.

Correct, for some documents that aren't yet native to app.logos.com, you must be logged in to documents.logos.com.

I logged into https://documents.logos.com. Now I can see my Clippings created from iOS App.
