Only Part of Library Downloaded

I must have spent an hour individually downloading portions my library tonight. Why aren't my books loaded to my computer and what can I do to change whatever setting is needed?

First of all, you don't need to download books individually. You can select all (or whatever subset you're interested in, then right-click and select Download or select "Download ##" from the info panel at the right.
If you want to always have all your resources downloaded, make sure to set "Download New Resources" to YES in the program settings.

I forgot to mention... in order to browse only the books that haven't been downloaded, select the "Not on this device" filter from the "Devices" facet in the library's sidebar.
