BUG: where's the notification update for new resources?
I purchased few resources with several transactions, but I didn't see any notification on the top right on what items are new & stuffs.

Mike,
If you open your My Library and open the sidebar you'll see the new library facet feature. If you scroll down to the bottom you can see facets for Updated and Added. You should be able to filter those resources to see what you just purchased.

My Library sidebar does not open! The sidebar icon is "dead" (doesn't do anything). Is this a bug?

Not sure about the official status of that issue, but a few other people had posted about that.
Until someone more knowledgeable replies, does a workaround posted in the beta forum fix the sidebar for you?
