I started a search this am with the word obey in the NASB within the Pauline Epistles. I was surprised to see that after the list of suggestions populated, there were only Hebrew lemmas suggested, no Greek lemmas.

    A screenshot would help!

The first screenshot shows where English word suggestions end and it is followed by Hebrew suggestions. The second shows that there is nothing more past the Hebrew words (ergo, there are no Greek suggestions). The suggestions are strictly based on phonetics resembling the English word searched for, not lemmas that translate it.

It is using the word as a transliteration of a Greek/Hebrew word i.e. h:obey,  because there is no Greek word with this transliteration.

Abba will give you Greek and Hebrew lemmas.

This is independent of search range and applies to any reverse interlinear bible e.g. CSB

I don't remember where it crept in, but it isn't a helpful feature.
